- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and grated ginger, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the glaze over them to coat well and let sit for another minute.
- Garnish the glazed pork chops with fresh green onions before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the pork chops; use a meat thermometer. Allow glaze to simmer to thicken for better adherence to the pork.
