Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pulse 2 cups of pork rinds in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds with 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  3. Take the 1.5 pounds of chicken tenders and dip each one into the 2 beaten eggs, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Press the chicken tenders into the pork rind mixture until fully covered.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray to enhance browning.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Remove the tenders from the air fryer and serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
