Ingredients

Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for best results.
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups heavy cream
  • Orange food coloring For vibrant coloring.
  • Yellow food coloring For vibrant coloring.
  • to taste white chocolate curls For garnish.
  • to taste candy corn For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are completely coated, then pour into the springform pan and press down firmly to create a solid crust.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden, then remove it and let it cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
  5. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three bowls: keep one plain, add orange food coloring to the second, and yellow food coloring to the third. Mix until well integrated.
Layering and Chilling
  1. Spoon the yellow mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly, then chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Repeat with the orange mixture, followed by chilling for the same time; finish with the plain mixture on top and smooth it out.
  3. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill the entire cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Garnishing
  1. Once set, gently remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with white chocolate curls and candy corn before slicing.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Cream cheese should be at room temperature for smooth mixing. Allow each layer to chill properly to avoid a lopsided cheesecake. Store the cheesecake in the fridge tightly covered for up to 5 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
