  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula, ensuring even distribution.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  4. Press candy eyes randomly into the surface of the dip, ensuring they stick without breaking the dip's surface.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve with graham crackers or pretzels and enjoy!
