- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
Assembly
- Take each halved jalapeño and fill it generously with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap the thin strips of bacon crisscross over each stuffed jalapeño half, leaving a small space at the top for the eyes.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a lined baking sheet, spaced out for even cooking.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, ensuring the bacon gets crispy and the jalapeños become tender.
Finishing Touch
- Once out of the oven, add candy eyes or small olive pieces in the gaps at the top of the jalapeños while they are still warm.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor experience.
Notes
