Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 9x9-inch pan by greasing it lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham crumbs and melted butter, mixing until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract and pour over the crust.
Baking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the center is set but jiggles slightly. Let cool for 30 minutes then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Decoration
- Once cooled and set, cut cheesecake into bars. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over each bar in a bandage pattern, leaving gaps. Press candy eyes into the gaps.
- Let the decorated bars set at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcooking the cheesecake. Allow it to cool completely before cutting to prevent crumbling. You can also substitute ingredients as per dietary needs.
