  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use high-quality peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Should be at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with regular sugar if blended well
Toppings and Ganache Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipped topping Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce For drizzling and layering
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use dark or milk chocolate as per preference
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream For making ganache
  • to taste sea salt For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Once you have a smooth consistency, gently fold in the whipped topping.
Layering
  1. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  2. Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the peanut butter layer.
  3. Spoon the remaining peanut butter mixture on top and smooth it out.
Making the Ganache
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
Final Assembly
  1. Pour the chocolate ganache over the pie, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
  2. Drizzle any remaining salted caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Chill
  1. Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours to ensure it sets properly.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, light salad, or coffee. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
