Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well blended and set it aside.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- While the skillet is heating, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes without moving them.
- Carefully flip the salmon over with a spatula and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top of each fillet.
- Continue to cook the salmon for an additional 3-4 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily.
Serving
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
