- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Gather all the ingredients.
Cooking
- In a large Dutch oven, mix the pork shoulder, diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, orange juice, and lime juice. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cover the Dutch oven and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about three hours, or until it's fork-tender.
- Carefully remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Optionally, spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and place it under the broiler for a few minutes for crisp edges, watching closely to avoid burning.
Assembly
- Warm the tortillas and fill each with the shredded pork. Top with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
