Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake in your preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. The torte is done when it is set but still has a slight jiggle in the center.

- Allow the torte to cool completely before removing it from the springform pan. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries before slicing.
