Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet and brush with teriyaki sauce.
- Put the salmon in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
Assembly
- In a bowl, layer with cooked rice on the bottom followed by steamed broccoli and shredded carrots.
- Once the salmon is baked, place it on top of the rice and vegetables.
- Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Serving
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
