Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces salmon fillets Look for vibrant color and fresh smell.
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 piece green onion, sliced
  • to taste tablespoons sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet and brush with teriyaki sauce.
  3. Put the salmon in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, layer with cooked rice on the bottom followed by steamed broccoli and shredded carrots.
  2. Once the salmon is baked, place it on top of the rice and vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Serving
  1. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
