Making the Aioli
- While the cauliflower roasts, prepare the aioli by whisking together mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
Serving
- Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the curry spiced aioli over it and toss gently if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
