  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup of mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon of lime juice For brightness.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, sweet corn, finely chopped jalapenos, and finely chopped red onion. Stir gently to meld the flavors.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lime juice until smooth to create a dressing.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the tuna blend and stir gently until everything is well coated.
  4. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, enhancing the overall flavor.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped cilantro right before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The salad does not freeze well due to mayonnaise separation.
