Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 limes juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño minced
  • salt to taste
  • black olive slices for eyes and stitches
  • tortilla chips for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the ripe avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  2. Add the diced red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the mashed avocados. Gently fold these ingredients into the avocado until everything is evenly mixed. Taste and adjust the salt if needed.
  3. Transfer the guacamole to a shallow serving bowl. Smooth the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a nice finish for decorating.
  4. Use black olive slices to create two large eyes near one edge of the guacamole.
  5. Arrange small olive pieces in a line across the guacamole to mimic Frankenstein's stitches, gently pressing them into the dip.
  6. Serve the Spooky Frankenstein Guacamole Green Dip with crispy tortilla chips, best enjoyed fresh.

Notes

Store leftover guacamole in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing to minimize browning. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
