Preparation Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sesame oil and the ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned, using a spatula to break it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the beef is browned, carefully drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Reduce the heat slightly and add the minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the beef. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Next, add the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir everything together until well combined.

Notes
