- In a saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down into a thick, glossy sauce.
- While the glaze is cooking, season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side, ensuring they have a nice golden crust.
- In the last minute of cooking, brush the strawberry balsamic glaze over the pork chops, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and serve them topped with the remaining strawberry glaze. Garnish with freshly chopped basil.
