  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  2. Add the drained rice noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Toss everything together.
  3. Stir in the fresh basil leaves and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well to distribute.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with finely sliced green onions.
