  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided for topping
  • 1/2 cup milk Can be replaced with milk alternatives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping) For extra crunch

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped broccoli, and cooked egg noodles.
  3. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then add the garlic powder and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Gently mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and add breadcrumbs, if using.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
