- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the turkey sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, and brown for about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add frozen hash browns and diced bell pepper. Press down to encourage crispness and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Push the hash brown mixture to one side of the skillet and pour in the egg mixture to scramble for 3 to 4 minutes until just set.
- Return the cooked turkey sausage to the skillet, stir, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Let it sit for one minute to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
Notes
