Preparation

Make the Oat Topping
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Add the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish.
Bake and Serve
