Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fresh produce. Cut the watermelon into small cubes, ensuring there are no large pieces.
  2. Dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the red onion. Chop the mint leaves finely.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. Ensure everything is well-distributed.
Add Fresh Herbs
  1. Add the chopped fresh mint leaves to the mix.
Dress the Salad
  1. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the salad mixture.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently toss everything to combine, being careful not to break the watermelon cubes.
Chill and Serve
