Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Dice the watermelon into small, manageable pieces. If using mint leaves, rinse them gently to remove any dirt.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine diced watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and mint leaves if using. Blend on high until perfectly smooth. Adjust sweetness as needed.
Freezing
  1. Pour the blended mixture into a shallow container, cover it, and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Fluffing
  1. After 2-3 hours, remove the container from the freezer. Use a fork to stir and fluff the sorbet, incorporating air for a light texture.
Final Freeze
  1. Return the mixture to the freezer and let it freeze for an additional 1-2 hours, or until fully set.
Serving
  1. Once the sorbet is frozen solid, scoop it into bowls and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week, or for 2 months for longer storage. No reheating needed.
